Ben Guo

Principal | Civil Litigation, Commercial Disputes, Corporate Transactions, and Industrial Relations.

 

After obtaining his Legal Profession Qualification in China, Ben relocated to Australia in 2014 and completed his Master of Laws at the University of Queensland and Juris Doctor at Bond University. Admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2018, he is a registered solicitor with the High Court of Australia.

 

With his international background and extensive courtroom experience, Ben provides strategic representation across commercial and civil disputes. His practical approach has helped numerous clients resolve complex disputes through mediation and alternative dispute resolution. Ben balances assertive advocacy with achieving timely, cost-effective outcomes.

 

Ben advises listed companies, commercial enterprises, small businesses, and individuals. He is known for analyzing issues from multiple perspectives, strategic negotiation skills, clear communication, and attention to detail, earning his clients’ ongoing trust.

 

Beyond the office, Ben enjoys playing badminton and is interested in books on history and biography.

Stephy Wang

Associate |  Family  Law Matters, Property and Parenting Disputes 

 

Admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland as a solicitor in 2020 and registered with the High Court of Australia, Stephy brings focused experience in family law. She believes that “Power and wisdom should be used as a family lawyer’s capacity to make war but a capacity to prevent it.”

 

Stephy’s client-centred approach combines empathy with practical problem-solving. She finds constructive pathways to resolution that protect clients’ interests while minimising emotional and financial costs. Her commitment has earned numerous referrals from clients who value her authentic, results-driven approach.

Admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2022, Irene brings valuable commercial experience from her previous management roles at a major international hospitality chain. This background gives her a practical understanding of business operations and commercial decision-making.

 

Irene provides legal advice that is both technically sound and commercially practical. She recognises that property transactions are significant life decisions, not merely legal procedures. She listens carefully to client needs and develops practical solutions that achieve their objectives.
